Mk11 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mk11 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the mk11 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the services provided by mk11.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk11 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. mk11 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
The mk11 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation & Security
Each mk11 user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mk11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account, whether or not with your knowledge.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify the mk11 support team immediately through the available channels. mk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out to protect the user's interests.
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software or bots to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Registering an account using a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- Each account is limited to one individual and is non-transferable.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Mk11 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian laws. Any attempt to exploit the system, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage through unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their location. mk11 makes no representation that the content and services provided are suitable or available in all locations outside Malaysia.
The following actions are prohibited on the mk11 platform:
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or transaction manipulation.
- Using unauthorised third-party software to alter the platform's functionality.
- Interfering with the platform's operations or the technical infrastructure supporting it.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the mk11 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. mk11 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the selected payment method. Withdrawals are subject to the required identity verification process and may take up to 1–2 business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
Mk11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing a first withdrawal or transactions exceeding certain limits. This is a standard measure to protect user security and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mk11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or unlawful activity. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact customer support for further clarification.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the mk11 support team. Any valid remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all required verifications have been completed.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the inactive account policy in effect at that time. Users will be notified via their registered communication channel before any action is taken on an inactive account.
Liability & Intellectual Property
The mk11 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. mk11 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. mk11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
All content on the mk11 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and the underlying software — is the intellectual property of mk11 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from mk11.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mk11 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. mk11 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the current terms.
